Pick the depth of coverage; the table then sets the price by your home's size. Every package is independent, CONQUAS-driven, and senior-engineer-led.
- Essential: one inspection. Every defect identified, photographed and listed, with rectification recommendations.
- Comprehensive: three inspections across your Defect Liability Period: identify → joint check with the developer / BSC → rectification verification.
- Post-Reno-4: the Comprehensive package plus one post-renovation inspection (four visits in total).
- Post-Reno-5: Post-Reno-4 plus one further verification visit (five visits in total).
- Tenancy, 1 Trip: a single pre- or post-tenancy check. 2 Trips: both, for a move-in / move-out comparison.

Tenancy policy: the post-rental check must fall within three years of the pre-rental inspection. Rates exclude checks on loose furnishing, and the move-out check is conducted after the tenant has moved out.
